Question: How do you read expiration dates on numbers?

How do you read the 4 digit expiration date?

Read the last four digits of the DOT code on most tires. The DOT code should end in a four digit number. The first two digits identify the week while the last two digits identify the year. This applies to all tires made after the year 2000.

How do you find the expiration date on a pack of cigarettes?

The code printed on bottom of pack should have a letter, then a 3 digit julian date, followed by a letter, then a number which is the last number of the year manufactured. This should be “0” for cigarettes produced in 2010.
